Important: Get the Auditor Techniques Handouts for July 2019 HERE and the 1A Handouts HERE.
Who we are:
We are a joint committee made up of members from the C.A.S.E. Air Carrier (ACS) and Aeronautical Repair Station (ARSS) Sections. Our goal is provide cost-effective, impactful training that ensures all audits performed on behalf of the organization meet the expectations of our members and are done to the highest degree of professionalism.
What we do:
We manage the training material for all “core classes”, set the class schedules, develop or source “sidebar” presentations, recruit instructors for the training session, and manage the Auditor Handbook. During C.A.S.E. meetings, we diligently work to enhance our training presentations and resources based on student feedback. In addition, we discuss ways to enhance the student experience to ensure the training we give the organization is the best it can be!
Our latest project is bringing web-based training options to C.A.S.E., starting with Database training. We’ve partnered with Digital Chalk, a learning management system, to host our web courses. Once completed, you’ll be able to access your training any time and on most tablet devices! Stay tuned to this page for the latest information.
Get Involved:
Want to instruct a course? E-mail one of the co-chairs with your desire to instruct, including which courses and sessions, and we’ll be in touch to talk to you about it.
Even if you don’t want to instruct, you can still pitch in. Your ideas matter! If you have a suggestion to improve training, an idea for a sidebar, or a topic to cover in the Auditor Handbook, we want to hear it! Our committee meetings are always open to the membership. Of course, you can always drop us a suggestion by e-mail or phone.
A completely new Auditor Handbook has hit the presses and can be found here! The committee is pleased to present an updated handbook, aimed at helping auditors of all experience levels further hone their craft. Check it out and let us know what you think.
