Your registration for the Winter 2019 C.A.S.E Training Session, January 27th to January 31 has been received! A downloadable class schedule and curriculum is available on the website. We recommend you bring a current copy of the Policies and Procedures Manual for your Section and the Standards (1-A and supplements, or 2-A & 4-A).

If you are taking the Air Carrier Section Policies and Procedures class you will need to complete and pass the test associated with the web-based training prerequisite course. To do this, you will need an account with DigitalChalk, our web-based training host. Please go to to create your account. 



Classes start on time and all students are expected to be in the classroom ready to begin. Tardiness greater than 30 minutes or excessive absent throughout the class may result in denied credit. All other attendance issues shall be handled at the discretion of the instructor(s) or training committee representative.

Business casual dress or better is required for all students. No jeans, shorts, beachwear, cut-offs, tennis shoes, sneakers, flip-flops, tank tops, midriffs, extremely short skirts, or garments with offensive or obscene language and/or graphics. Students that do not meet the dress code may be denied entrance to class and asked to change attire before being allowed to attend. Students are expected to be attentive, participate and be respectful of the instructors and their peers. Disruptive students will be asked to leave class and will forfeit class credit. C.A.S.E. does not offer any refunds for denied credit, missed or forfeited classes.


All students who wish to receive class credit for their Level III authorization MUST bring a CACS-9 or ARS-9, Attendance Record. The CACS-9 or ARS-9 is the only document that confirms your attendance and successful completion of required courses.


Please confirm your registration and present payment prior to your first class. Check-in is available from 3pm to 6pm on Sunday, then 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. daily. If you have pre-paid, you will still need to check-in.
