MEETING MINUTES ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE TO REGISTERED USERS ONLY

January 23, 2023

Dear C.A.S.E. Members and Guests,

On behalf of the C.A.S.E. organization, we would like to extend to you an invitation to attend our semi-annual meeting to be held in Portland, ME at the Holiday Inn By the Bay.  The meeting dates are Tuesday, April 4th through Thursday, April 6^th, 2023. 

Hotel reservations can be made by calling 207-775-2311.  When reserving your room, please be sure to identify yourself as a member of the C.A.S.E. organization in order to receive the C.A.S.E. negotiated rate of $159.00 per night, plus tax; this rate does include daily breakfast as well as in-room internet  access.  Please keep in mind, rooms are limited so be sure to book early.  In order to ensure you receive the negotiated C.A.S.E. rate and to ensure the  C.A.S.E. room block is credited with your stay, reservations must be made no later than February 14^th, 2023. 

We appreciate attendees staying at the host property.  Hotel rooms, meeting facility rates, and meeting fees are negotiated based on C.A.S.E. Meeting  participants staying at the host property.  For those staying at the host property, the meeting fee is $300.00. 

We understand that some of your companies have rate agreements with other hotel chains; for those members who choose to stay “off property” during the  event, the meeting fee is $675.00.  Thank you in advance for supporting these planning efforts by arranging to stay at the C.A.S.E. contracted host hotel.

General Agenda will be as follows:

Monday:       Board of Directors Meeting, Registration and the ACS Air Carrier Review Board

Tuesday:      Registration, ACS Ops Committee Meeting, General Session, and ACS/ARSS Committee Meetings

Wednesday: ACS/ARSS Committee Meetings and Level IV Meeting

Thursday:     ACS/ARSS General Session

Dress for the meeting is business casual.  Our meeting is open to C.A.S.E. Member Companies, their invited guests, and others interested in our organization.  We have a full agenda and hope you will plan to attend and participate.  Meetings are planned to the end of the day Thursday, April 6^th, 2023.
