SMSThe Fall 2025 Allocation is right around the corner.  The Database Committee plans to lock out the database so usage cannot be updated on the morning of August 15, 2025. The database will be locked for 2 weeks preventing any usage changes. Please make any updates to your usage before we lockout the database. All other database functions should be available during this time, e.g. transmittals. During this time the Database Committee will be reviewing the list of vendors to be allocated next year (2026) and calculating the number of audits that will be allocated to each member. After the review has been completed, the Database Committee will send out the prioritization list of vendors to be allocated for 2026 and the number of audits allocated to each member. We hope to have the list sent out by August 29, 2025. The prioritization process  will take place at the Fall 2025 Member Meeting, which will give everyone a full month to make their choices.  Please keep in mind that this is a manual snake draft and it’s possible that your choices will be taken prior to your selection spot so make sure you have alternatives ready!

The allocation starts Monday, September 29, 2025, at 08:00AM EST. Each member shall have a representative in attendance at the meeting with their prioritization list ready and prepared for the manual allocation process.
